How We Got Here
Our Story
We started with an uncomfortable question: why do big brands respond in seconds and small businesses in hours? We decided that had to change.
2020
The question that started it all
Alexander and Yeison noticed that small businesses were losing sales not for lack of product, but for lack of time to respond. Cyberix was born to close that gap with AI.
2021
The first 50 teams automated
We launched our first WhatsApp AI chatbots. Within 6 months, 50 teams were responding to their customers 24/7 without growing their headcount.
2022
Cyberix Labs is born
We expanded with custom development, AI-powered social media and voice agents. Cyberix Labs started building integrations, apps and backend performance tuning for anyone who needed more than the catalog.
2023–2024
Certified and scaling
Meta, Google Cloud and AWS certified us as official partners. Today we process over 2 million automated conversations per month, with Cyberix CRM as the unified pipeline.
