How long until it is running?
Seven days. Day one is the diagnostic, days three to five we build the flows, and on day seven we deploy to production with all your channels connected.
Do I need a technical team?
No. We build and deploy the whole automation. You open the board whenever you want to see conversations, leads and results, but you configure nothing.
What happens when the bot cannot answer?
It hands the conversation to a person on your team with the full context already loaded. The customer repeats nothing and your agent does not start from zero.
Does it connect to the CRM I already use?
Integrations are built to fit your systems. In the diagnostic meeting we review your current stack and confirm what connects directly and what needs development.
Which languages does it serve?
Spanish and English, both in chat and in the voice agent. Our team's support is bilingual too.
Do you serve outside Colombia?
Yes. We operate from Medellín for clients in Colombia, the United States and Canada.
What about my customers' data?
The contract is B2B under Colombian law and personal data is handled under Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data). You remain the owner of the database and can export it whenever you want.
Can I start with a single channel?
Yes. Each service is contracted separately, so you can start with WhatsApp only or Google Business only and add the rest later.
