Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser to remember something between one page and the next: the language you chose, whether you prefer dark mode, or that you are signed in. Some are essential for the site to work; the rest only run if you allow them.

Necessary

They make the site work: language, theme and session. They cannot be switched off because there is no service without them, and the law exempts them from consent.

Analytics

They tell us which pages are read and which are not, in aggregate. They only run if you allow them.

Marketing

They measure campaigns and personalise ads. None is active today; the category exists so we do not have to ask again the day we use one.

You can change it any time from the button below or from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Withdrawing permission is as easy as giving it: when you reject, any analytics cookies already set are removed. You can also delete them from your browser settings, though the site will then forget your language and theme.

This policy follows Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. They all agree on the same point: anything not strictly necessary needs your prior permission, and that permission must be as easy to withdraw as it was to give.
