If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

By accessing or using the Cyberix Service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, along with any additional guidelines or policies provided by the Company. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

To use our Service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law
• The Service is not directed at persons under 18. If we detect data of a minor collected without their legal guardian's authorization, we will delete it.

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Accessing or attempting to access the accounts or data of others without authorization

Malware

Distributing harmful software or engaging in hacking activities

Spam

Engaging in spam, phishing, or any type of fraud

Interference

Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. You may also review our Data Deletion Policy to learn about your rights regarding your data. If you contract the Service for your company and upload or receive data of your own customers, Cyberix acts as data processor: that relationship is governed by the Personal Data Processing Annex that forms part of your contract and can be requested at [email protected].

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Cyberix. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Cyberix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Data loss
• System failures
• Service interruptions
• Business or financial losses

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyberix, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, and expense, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or if we believe you are engaging in illegal or harmful activities.

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after any changes, you agree to the revised Terms.

The Service includes AI-powered conversational assistants on the website and on WhatsApp. Their replies are generated automatically by language models from external providers, may contain errors, and do not constitute professional advice or a binding offer. The valid prices, timelines and conditions are those published on this site or confirmed in writing by a member of the Cyberix team. You may ask to speak with a person at any time. The data the AI processes and how we protect it are described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans are contracted and paid online through Wompi; Cyberix does not store card data. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on each plan, with applicable taxes, and the electronic invoice is issued to the contracting party.

• If you contract as a consumer (a natural person, for non-business purposes), you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 5 business days of the purchase, under article 47 of Colombia's Law 1480 of 2011, provided the Service has not started with your express consent. We will refund within 30 calendar days of your request, through the same payment method.
• If you contract on behalf of a company, the satisfaction guarantee published on the plan and cancellation with 30 days' notice apply, with no minimum term.
• To withdraw, request a refund or cancel, write to [email protected] stating the account email and the payment date.
